1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thesimplifiedstylist.com and any linked funnel, quiz, application, or scheduling pages (the "Site"), as well as any free template, course, digital product, or coaching program ("Product") offered by The Simplified Stylist, operated by April Nicole and FBA Cosmetics ("we," "us," or "our").

By browsing the Site, downloading a free template, purchasing a course or digital product, or applying for coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or complete a purchase.

2. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Site or its content without our express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems, including our quiz, application, or scheduling pages
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the Site without permission
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity when submitting a form, quiz, or application

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Products Covered by These Terms

These Terms apply to every free and paid offer available through the Site, including but not limited to:

• Free downloadable templates, checklists, scripts, and PDF resources
• Paid digital templates and done-for-you content products, including the Fully Booked Bridal Content Calendar and any other template product offered for sale on the Site
• Online video courses (including Bombshell Bridal Hair, Create Your Signature Glam Look, The Sculpted Bun, and the Signature Styles Collection)
• The Bridal Booking Blueprint and any associated modules or bonuses
• 1:1 coaching, whether delivered via video call, email, or written communication
• Any bundles or collections combining the above

4. Purchases & Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

Payment processing: Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service. We do not store your full payment details on our own servers.

One-time purchases: Most Products are available for a one-time payment that grants lifetime access to the content as it exists at the time of purchase and any future updates we choose to include.

Payment plans: Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you have completed or accessed the Product. Failure to complete a payment plan may result in loss of access until the balance is settled.

1:1 coaching investment: Coaching investment is discussed and confirmed after your application is reviewed and accepted, based on the scope of work identified during your discovery call.

5. Digital Product Delivery & Access

Instant access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital Product. Free and paid templates are delivered via email or instant download. Courses are delivered via our course platform. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact [email protected].

Lifetime access: We intend to maintain access to purchased course content for the life of the Product. However, we reserve the right to retire, update, or restructure Products at any time. If a Product is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and, where possible, an alternative or archive access.

Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login and password. Each purchase grants access to one individual user only. Sharing login credentials is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Refund Policy

14-day guarantee — courses, the Bridal Booking Blueprint, and coaching: If you are not satisfied with a paid purchase for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. This guarantee applies to courses, the Bridal Booking Blueprint, and coaching programs — it does not apply to paid digital templates (see below).

How to request a refund:

• Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
• Include your full name and the email address used at purchase, plus your order number if available
• We will process your refund within 5–10 business days

Paid templates — final sale: Paid digital templates and done-for-you content products (including the Fully Booked Bridal Content Calendar) are delivered instantly upon purchase and are final sale. Because the complete product is accessible immediately, these purchases are not eligible for refund once delivered.

Exceptions — non-refundable purchases:

• Free templates, checklists, and resources have no purchase price and are therefore not eligible for refund
• Paid digital templates and done-for-you content products (including the Content Calendar) are final sale and not eligible for refund once delivered, as described above
• 1:1 coaching sessions that have already been delivered or scheduled and completed
• Purchases made through third-party platforms where that platform's own refund policy applies
• Any purchase where fraudulent activity or policy abuse is suspected

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Site content: All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, blog posts, and downloadable resources — is the property of The Simplified Stylist / April Nicole / FBA Cosmetics and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

What you receive with a Product: A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own personal and professional development. This does not grant you ownership of the content.

What you may not do:

• Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any Product to any other person
• Record, screenshot, download, or copy video course content beyond what the platform expressly permits
• Reproduce or adapt course materials — including scripts, frameworks, and templates — for use in your own courses, programs, or educational content
• Publish or publicly share course or coaching content — including videos, frameworks, and written training material — in any medium without our prior written consent
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage any paid template, calendar, or done-for-you content product as your own product or service to others

What you may do:

• Apply the techniques, frameworks, and methods you learn in your own client work
• Use downloadable templates in your own business with your own branding applied
• Post and publish the captions, scripts, and content included in a paid content template (such as the Content Calendar) on your own social media and business accounts as your own marketing — this is what these templates are designed for
• Share testimonials and results from your own experience with our Products

8. Coaching Programs

Scope of coaching: Coaching services offered by April Nicole and The Simplified Stylist are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.

Application & acceptance: Submitting a coaching application does not guarantee acceptance. April reviews every application personally and will follow up with next steps if it's a fit.

Results: We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching. Results depend on your individual circumstances, effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

Scheduling and cancellation: Discovery calls and coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.

Confidentiality: Information shared in coaching sessions is kept confidential. We may use anonymized, non-identifying insights to improve our educational content. You agree not to record or distribute coaching sessions without our written consent.

9. Educational Content & No Guarantee of Results

Free templates, blog content, quiz results, and course materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Income figures, booking rates, and business outcomes referenced in our marketing materials are examples of what is possible — not guarantees or promises of average results. Your results depend on your own skills, effort, experience, market, and consistency.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Simplified Stylist, April Nicole, and FBA Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or a Product — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of clients, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim, or $100 if the claim relates to free content or the Site generally.

11. Modifications to Products and Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Product or any portion of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time; changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or a Product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall first be addressed through direct communication with us at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
