Google Docs, Canva, Word, HoneyBook, Dubsado, or Wave. Pick one and commit. The tool matters less than the habit.
Set up the Standard version first.
Fill in your business information once and save it as your master template. One hour of setup. Every invoice from here takes minutes.
Then set up the Bridal version.
Same process — your details, bridal-specific rates, deposit credit line. Save it separately from your standard template.
Assign invoice numbers starting at 001.
